1. All vouchers valid till 16 April 2010

2. Vouchers 1-5 are not valid on these dates :
- 29 & 30 Aug 2009
- 19,20 & 21 Sept 2009
- 17 Oct 2009
- 27 & 28 Nov 2009
- 24, 25, 26 & 31 December 2008
- 1 January 2009
- 14-20, 26 & 27 February 2009

Vouchers 7-10 are not valid on these dates :
- Malaysian School holidays
- Malaysian public holidays and eve of public holidays
- 14-20 Feb 2010

3. Each voucher is valid for one transaction and cannot be exchanged for cash

4. Free room (Voucher 1) is applicable during Low Season only as per Genting's seasonal chart
A booking fee of RM 10 is charged for phone booking (No fee if booking is done online or via sms). For check in during shoulder or peak season, a surcharge will be imposed by Genting

6. Original voucher must be presented upon check-in (for hotel Vouchers 1,2,3, and 4), when ordering or when purchasing tickets.

7. Hotel check-in must be before 6 pm or normal rates will be charged

8. For hotel vouchers (Voucher 1,2,3,4,5), walk-in guests would not be entertained. Booking is subject to availability. Please book at:
